居住要求

In order to qualify for resident tuition rates, you must submit a 居住证明 to the 学生账户 Office.

A 居住证明 enables 澳门官方娱乐游戏平台 to bill your county for part of your tuition costs. Without a valid 居住证明, you will be considered a non-resident of New York State and will then have to pay 两倍的学费 当您注册时.

Certificates 可以不 be dated more than 60 days prior to the start of classes. They must be submitted to the 学生账户 Office within the first 30 days of the semester. Contact your County Treasurer's Office to see if it has other restrictions or requirements.

You obtain a 居住证明 from the county of your 永久 residence by providing proof of residency. In most cases this is your County Treasurer's Office. Contact your county to see if you 可以 submit your 不arized application by mail or if it must be done in person, as well as what type(s) of proof they require.

Application for the 居住证明

Students who have been a 永久 resident of Monroe County for at least the previous 6 months (and New York State for the previous year) need to fill out the 居住证明 affidavit and submit it directly to the 学生账户 Office. It does 不 need to be 不arized.  Please 不e 那 you may be 要求 to provide proof of your 永久 residence in Monroe County.

Once you have obtained the official 居住证明 from your county, drop it off at the 学生账户 Office, 建筑物. 6 Rm. 201(布莱顿校区). You 可以 also mail it to MCC 学生账户; 东亨丽埃塔路1000号; Rochester, NY 14623.

• We 可以不 accept faxes or copies (with the exception of Monroe County, Erie County and the NYC Boroughs which 可以 be faxed to 585-292-3822 or emailed to studentaccounts@griya99.com).
• We advise 那 you keep a copy of your certificate for your records.

If you have 不 been a 永久 resident of New York State for at least one year prior to the semester you plan on attending, you must pay non-resident tuition. Non-residents include international students (holding an F-1 visa), temporary residents such as out-of-state residents attending a不her local college or here on short-term job assignments, and any other person who is in the United States on a visa.

Immigrants must provide proof of 他们的 永久 resident status (official documentation from US Citizenship and Immigration Service) as well as proof 那 they have been a New York State resident for at least one year prior to the start of classes. For additional information relating to which visa categories of non-immigrant aliens may qualify for the resident rate, as well as the documentation 要求, 请 contact the 学生账户 Office.

• NYC Boroughs (Bronx, Kings/Brooklyn, New York/Manhattan, Queens, and Richmond/Staten Island): Even though your 不arized application and proof must be brought in person to the Comptroller's Office, it does 不 necessarily have to be done by you.
